The Beauty Cafe Corp. is all about your experience and we always have your best interests at heart.
SHIPPING RATES
Standard Shipping: $15 flat rate within Canada
FREE Standard Shipping: on all orders above $200
FREE curbside pickup: Pickups at our clinic are free of charge. You will receive a confirmation on what day you will be able to come to pick up your items.
Purchases will be shipped via Canada Post, Purolator or FedEx. Your order will be shipped within 1-5 business days and depending on where you live, it can take 1-5 business days to arrive. Please note - due to COVID-19 we cannot guarantee shipping dates.
Please allow up to 2 business days to process and pack your order. You can order as you wish, there are no minimums or maximum.

INTERNATIONAL ADDRESS
Unfortunately, we cannot ship internationally at this time.
OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. If your item is out of stock we will contact you to discuss how you would like the order handled. The Beauty Cafe Corp. will not accept orders with back-order items in them.
CANCELATIONS AND CHANGES
We do not normally accept order cancellations or changes once an order has been processed. If you have a question about your order please contact us at info@thebeautycafe.ca and include your order number.
ORDER TRACKING
When your order is shipped from our location, we will send you an email to confirm your shipment – this email will include a tracking number and link to enable you to track your package.
REFUND POLICY
We want you to be overwhelmed with excitement and happiness with your purchase. Please understand as a small business and due to the nature of the products sold on our clinic and in our online shop, The Beauty Cafe Corp. does not offer refunds nor accept returns or exchanges.
