CANCELATION POLICY
Your appointments are very important to the members of The Beauty Cafe, it is reserved especially for you, we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked in advanced. Less than 24-hour notice will result in loss of your deposit! ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE. Thank you
NO SHOWS
No shows will lose their deposit paid when they booked, and will be required to pay a 50% deposit to make another appointment. Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in loss of their deposit when booking.
ALLERGIC REACTIONS
We understand that sometimes certain products may not agree with your skin type. The Beauty Cafe Corp. will refund or credit the individual product that caused the Allergic Reaction. All reactions must be reported within the first 72 hours of use. The Beauty Cafe Corp. may request a Doctor's letter and/or photos of the reaction to confirm that it was caused by one of our products. Please note that all instructions, ingredients, opinions and suggestions regarding products on our site have been provided by the manufacturers and/or distributors. If you have any concerns regarding the safety of certain ingredients please contact your doctor or you can contact us for further information.
LATE ARRIVAL
We understand that it can be difficult at times to arrive on time for appointments. Please call and let us know if you will be late. We will try our best to accommodate you; however, out of respect for other clients’ time, we cannot guarantee the full-service time if you are late. We will do what we can in the time allowed.
RETURNING GUESTS
Please advise us if any updates are required to the contact information we have on file, including address, email and best phone number for contact. Accurate information ensures you continue to receive appointment reminders and up-to-date information on the goings-on at The Beauty Cafe, based on your preference.
